Yolande Williams, the BJHT National Sales manager, is a highly experienced food technologist heading a sales team who look after all customer product enquiries. Their extensive knowledge of the Nikken product range, and its usage, is readily available to assist customers achieve maximum taste satisfaction in all food manufacturing and food service applications. Dianne Spears and Diane Lawler run the BJHT office and complete the team. Prompt and friendly service is their maxim! BJHT has recently added McCallum Industries Beef Extract to their range of products. These include Beef Extract 80 brix and Meat Extract 80 brix. BJHT also has a range of specialty natural ingredients manufactured in Australia. These powdered and flaked food ingredients offer the natural goodness of the fresh raw produce with the convenience of a dry product. Bevan Harris began the business over 35 years ago after meeting the President of Nikken Foods of Japan and establishing a sole agency in Australia.
